Insulated Panels

Advanced Insulated Roof
Wall Cladding Solutions
Heating and cooling often account for a significant portion of a building's energy costs. Therefore, it is essential to incorporate high-performance thermal insulation tailored to the building’s needs. Pacefica offers metal building insulation options, including rolls laminated with foil, reinforced kraft, or white metalized scrim vapour barriers. These insulation solutions feature low thermal conductivity, promoting energy efficiency and helping to reduce operational costs.
Our roof and wall cladding systems are engineered with precision and customised for each project to meet the unique needs of our clients. Whether you require single or double-skin insulated roof and wall cladding, Pacefica delivers versatile, high-performance systems that provide superior insulation at a cost-effective value. This makes our solutions an excellent choice for those looking to enhance the energy efficiency of their buildings while keeping construction costs under control.
Single-Skin
Insulated Construction
In single-skin insulated construction, metal building insulation is installed beneath the cladding as underdeck insulation. The insulation rolls over the purlins or girts, while the external cladding, such as SRS/SWS, is securely fixed to the secondary framing. Only the vapour barrier is visible from the interior, ensuring a clean and efficient solution for your building’s thermal needs.

Double-Skin
Insulated Construction
Internal liner panels are directly attached to the secondary framing for double-skin insulated construction. Spacer blocks and sub-girts secure the liner sheets to the purlins below. Metal building roll insulation with a vapour barrier is laid over the sub-girts, and the external panel is then secured to the girts, ensuring the outer sheet and insulation are firmly fixed to the exterior of the building. This multi-layer approach maximises insulation performance and enhances the building's energy efficiency.
